Nebraska leads the all-time series 36-3-1. Two started playing each other in 1960, when Oklahoma State joined the Big 8, and played every year until 1995, when the Big 8 became the Big XII and the two were put in separate divisions. Since then, they have only met 4 times (1998-9, 2002-3) and will meet in 2006 in Stillwater and 2007 in Lincoln.

OSU's only wins in the series were in 1960, 1961, and 2002. The tie came in 1973.
