let me give u directions:

1.apply concealer if needed then add base and bronzer,then do your blush.

2.apply lipcolor,if u have lipgloss use an angled brush,make the ends of the lips darker,if u have lipstick dab on first,then apply a gloss as a toopcoat.
3.blue eyes:as a light base, put finishing powder on ur eyelid
then apply eyeshadow by making it darker at the creases,then apply a shimmer eyeshadow or eyeliner,if u want u can put blue colored lipgloss under ur eyes,finish off with 2 coats of black/brown mascara.

brown eyes:apply a shimmery bronzer on ur eyes as a base, then use a pink or purple eyeshadow, to do so,use a small eyeshadow brush then swipe pink eyeshadow at an angle on ur creases then take a lavender or a light purple eyeshadow and brush it just above the pink,then blend it all in,next apply a black liquid liner,finish it off with 2 coats of black/brown mascara.

hazel eyes:apply a very light bronzer all around ur eyes,then use a green or a light brown eyeshadow,do so by using a medium shadow brush, carefully brush eyeshadow on the creases of eyes then apply a lighter green or light brown in the middle of the creases of ur eyes,then add a brown eyeliner,then apply a light green eyeshadow under ur eyes.to finish off apply black mascara (Yes Black).
tip:get lashes wet before u use mascara it makes them stand out.

I dont know any good websites, but i LOVE wearing makeup. Anyways, just remember that makeup is awesome, and doesnt have to "cover up" but should enhance your look. Two thing I think all women should have in their makeup bag is some good concealer and good quality brushes. Those little sticks the eyeshadow comes with, or the pad with the foundation, are just disrespectful. get a good set of brushes first, and you'll see things will be able to blend better and look much more natural from this change alone. Also, everyone will need concealer at least 5 times in their lifetime. So just pic up one that covers, but matches your skin tone.

well You first have to figure out what colour works for you. If you're blonde then very heavy black eyeliner is not for you. The best way to do this is to go to a makeover. Then start getting some good quality stuff. If you're very spotty, then you can use a foundation otherwise just tinted moustoriser. I always sweep my eyelashes with mascara. I also have a lip colour that came in a craft kit... it makes me look natural. That type is always good. For special occasions you'll want a little more... but thats what I wear everyday and you can touch up all day, they're portable. Experiment a little in front of a mirror. The bbc website, slink is good at make-up.

In some stores, in the cosmetic department, assistants will sometimes do a makeup on you for free, perhaps on a brand they are promoting, but the point is, they will probably give you tips as you go along. Look around your local mall and see if you can find somewhere that will do it for you. Then tell them that you are looking for a natural look, and how to achieve it. Worth trying, because then you are getting the professional's skills, and also some tips on what sort of makeup you need to buy.

us a light bronzer powder to give you a healthy glow ...I like to use light eyeliner and clear mascera too... and maybe a lipgloss with a little tent for the lips. I love the blistex lip infusion... u usually can find it with the chap stick products .. it gives you a shiny look without being all sticky! =)

FOUNDATION DEPENDS ON THE CLARITY OF YOUR SKIN TRY TO STAY ON THE NATURAL SIDE. YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOK THEATRICAL .
