Couple of things you can do:
1. Check out the meta tags of other popular movie sites and note them down. Copy them and paste the popular keywords into your meta tags for your site.
2. Register your site with link directories if it's not already registered - this will make sure that your web site will show up when people run a search for free movies.
3. You can participate in a link exchange with other web sites that states that you'll put a link to their site on yours if they put a link on their web site to yours. This is a good free way to boost traffic.
4. Advertise - if you have the budget. Pay for context-sensitive ad space on google, or run ads on other web sites.
