i am sorry that i am unable to help you... however, i do recommend googling up the subject and looking further into your symptoms. begin taking notes of how long the pain stays. are they persistent? if it bothers you so much that you can not lead a daily schedule, please seek a professional care or if you are just concerned that it begins to bother your mental health, please seek professional care also.

better to be safe than sorry, as they say and it is true.

meanwhile... pay closer attention to the pain so you may describe them as accurately as possible to your doctor. example, does the pain feel dull or sharp? how would you rate the intensity? is it a constant pain or does it come and go? how long has this been going on? take note of what you ate/ drank? have you had any previous chest injury that might be linked to this pain? more questions to ask...

write all of this down so you can remember when you describe to your doctor.

i wish you best!

You may have stomach acid coming up into your esophagus due to a problem in the stomach. The lining of the esophagus gets irritated and when you eat it is uncomfortable because the food scratches the irritated lining.

Another possibility is a narrow spot in the esophagus. That tight spot causes pain as food is pushed through it. My father had that problem.

Hope I don't worry you needlessly but, it could also be a problem with the gall bladder. And since I can't see you, you will most likely need to visit a doctor to be thoroughly evaluated.

In the meantime you might get some relief with something like zantac or even maalox. If that doesn't help quit using it and see the doc.

It sounds like acid reflux or indigestion. Try taking something like Pepcid before you eat. If that doesn't work, the doc can prescribe something stronger.
