How good is milk after the expiration date?

Careful, I can see that Domestic Goddess halo slipping a bit there,
Milks good up until the point where it has to be helped out of the carton with a knife. It's then, as far as the kids are concerned, spreadable cheese

Don't go shopping. I'm making pork chops. There's plenty. Why don't you join us? Oh, & bring the old man, too. He can have cold cereal with sour milk for dinner tomorrow night.

Feed the old man cold cereal. It's his turn to go out and buy the groceries.
I don't drink milk, so I don't know what you should do about the expiration date. Smell it before you serve it.

Screw him He probably knows how to cook anyway. You should let him fend for himself for a change. Milk is good for around 1 week after expiration.

i would say a least a couple of days for the milk. why not BBQ.
