Well if I remember correctly MJ ends up leaving Spidey in the end. But he broke up with Black Cat because she had gotten bad luck powers from the Kingpin who is Spidey's enemy!
I would have to say Black Cat would be better for Spidey. Why?
1) MJ is a super-model and actress who is always travelling and busy with her schedule of photo shoots, filming, etc so she wont have much free time to spend with Spidey
2) black cat is super-heroine so she knows about the things Spidey goes through in his everyday life and how stressful it can be. She can relate to him better.
3) He broke up with Black Cat. BC wanted to stay with Peter and even tried to make him jelous with Flash Thompson which shows she really cared for peter and wanted him back but MJ left peter.
4) if Spidey and Black Cat had kids, imagine how super-powered they'd be. They could be... the Amazing Bad-Luck Spider!

Provided they could evr be two separate people, Mary Jane would be best for Peter and Black Cat for Spiderman.
However the powers that be at Marvel apparently do not want Mary Jane nor a married Spider-man. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.
But if they treat Mary Jane like they did Gwen Stacy...

Black Cat. She is way sexier than Mary Jane and not named after a nickname for Marijauna.

Mary Jane will keep Spider-Man grounded, so I will choose her. Black Cat is all over the place and she will make Spidey join the dark side, eventually.

Although both women are sexy, smart, and beautiful, I would have to say that Mary Jane "M.J." Watson is better for Spider-Man because she is a wonderful lady who is always full of fun and life. She is also the only babe in Marvel Comics to call him "Tiger."

They're both whacked out crazy ho's. Betty Brant is a better choice, but Gwen Stacy was the best, but she died. He needs someone else!

Neither his first REAL love was gwen stacy and she died i believe long ago...but this is who would be ideal for spidey!!
