It makes me dream more. The moon pulls the Earth's tides. effects the growth of plants and the healing of animals and is a major influence on our psyches as human beings. Also the Moon represents our Unconscious mind.

I don't know about it effecting your dreams but it has been my experience that people w/ thin blood are more effected by the full moon for the whole moving tides reason given a few posts ago. Also consider crazy people will use any excuse to explain their behavior... the moon is a quick, easy answer for that, too.

Clinical studies show that frequency of urination goes up during a Full Moon!

And Full Moon dream content, intensity and frequency is based on the amount of Peyote you've ingested just before sleeping.

Actually I can't barely sleep when there is a full moon. I only sleep a couple of hours at most. The rest is tossing and turning in my bed and in the end up reading or watching TV . No idea why, I sleep great the rest of the nights. Only happens when the moon is full. :)

There are many mystical properties contributed to the moon. It is said that it brings out the worst in people and that is why we are all a little more cranky during a full moon. It raises and lowers the tides of the ocean and has been linked to many mystical cerimonies and mystical occurences.

Yes, the gravitational pull is greater putting a pull on your brain and your blood causing your body to react differently.

Same with baby's. Baby's are born on full moons more than other days because the effect has on the body.
