I would rebuild all the poor neighborhoods, open up homeless shelters.

You can buy some happiness with that, an island, a private jet to get there on, some Louis Vuitton luggage to pack for the trip, Neiman Marcus' women's clothing and shoe department, a name change at the courthouse so no one will know you're rich, a black Range Rover to ride off into the sunset and a diamond pendant, bracelet, ring and studs from Tiffany's or Helzberg's just in case I go broke, I'll have something to take to the pawn shop. I'll buy these things because these are things I've always wanted to have. F u c k the bill collectors and the bank, they won't get a penny, hell, I'll buy them too.

I would put away enough for my children to be able to live off of when I die. I would build more homeless shelters, as well as community centers in the hood. I would put money into the schools in the poor neighborhoods, so they have a chance to succeed just like everyone else. I would help rebuild some of the neighborhoods, and I would start a few businesses in those neighborhoods. And of course, I'd buy a house and a couple cars, and go on vacations with my family.

Buy a house in California, Mexico, and on an island somewhere. Invest in a good business. Pay off all my debt, help my family out, buy a few cars for everyone I love including myself and invest the rest.

I'm not sure I could do it in one day, but here goes:
pay off all bills
Pay off childrens student loans
purchase annuities for children
reforest a mountain or two in Haiti
invest the majority so that i could travel on the interest
maybe a new car.

well first of all i woul buy three houses one in mexico one in paris and one in london...and maybe an apartment in NY.. and buy a car.. set up my own hair salon... and buy a lot of clothes...
