Would you consider Tool a metal band? If you would call them rock then I don't know, otherwise I would say them.

me in the kitchen, although that is only a perentage of metal:
there is 40% metal, 30% glass, 30% other
so it is like 40% metal - knifes, forks, pans flyin everywhere
30% glass - pyrex jug and glasses
30% other - pots, plates, and other smashable stuff.
