Smoking affects your whole body in a negative way, restricting the oxygen in your blood that can cause problems with menstruation – basically the unhealthier you are the worse your periods will be.
If you are 14-years-old then it is normal to miss periods as your body is still developing physically and sexually, of course smoking is also effecting that negatively. Your body is complex, there are a lot of hormones and functions that have to all work together before the menstrual cycle is normal – I'd blame your age more than your addiction.

Smoking affects everything, but I don't think it s a reason. Do you have anorexia? If yes, no wonder your periods stopped.You could have some problems, so go to the doctor as soon as possible.
