Developing good language skills is very important because it allows clear communication between people. Your self-confidence will be much higher when you are able to talk to people and have them understand. Plus with better language you will be able to get a better job than if you were to have poor language skills.
With out clear communication people have a hard time understanding each other and the conversation is often lost. But with understanding people are able to have a conversation easily. Using slang is not a very good idea if the person you are talking to is not familiar with it. Using jargon is best left at you job.

self-confidence, while people who are able to communicate well will have more self-confidence. The people without good language skills may not talk to people that do not speak the same as them, so they are unaware that their communication is poor. The people that are able to communicate should be able to help those who have troubles communication.
If you have problems with communication you will end up getting a job that is not as good as another, so communication is important so you will get that job you want. Also you will be able to get a better paying job as well. Which means not having to work at a fast-food restaurant for the rest of you life.

I was asking you to check this over if yu didn't mind and sorry my essay is jibberish, I don't really like writing that much, and as much as I do like it I am not very good at it!
