the manuger told the part time girls he is going to start charging a stage fee. This sucks. Is this what normully hapens Shud I go to anuther club

Wow! Most of the clubs that I've DJ'd for only charge the girls house per shift. Dancing on stage was mandatory, and the ladies drink quota was mandatory. The tipping out was optional.
If there are more popular clubs around, leave that place. If that club generates the most income for you, then stay. Forget about the stage dances, and get the money from the actual table / lap dancing.

If you are dancing at a club and you have guys stuffing money in your panties or whatever you wear and your using the manager's (notice the spelling) stage then he can charge you a fee for earning money on his property.
If you feel it is unfair then it is time to find another place.

some clubs do this... If the club is very popular and you can count on making your fee back plus a hefty profit in tips and lap dances, then pay the fee...
If not, find a new club...

A fee to dance, find another club. what a money grubbing idiot, he makes alot of money, from guys going to the clubs to watch hot ladies dancing on the stage. he is stupid.

No this usualy happens, just like some restaurants take a percentage of waitress tips
