He is the only one there to judge himself, so if his conscience lets him feel he is right than there's your answer he will know within himself if he is right or wrong, not just because other people are there to listen and judge what he said

Sure; just because no one's around to hear you say something wrong doesn't make it not wrong...the fact that no one is around to hear it just eliminates the guy's chances of being labeled "stupid".
