in relation to body size it's the barnacle. The "organ is up to 5 inches long to reach the next barnacle but the size of the actual animal is only about 1-2 inches

Absolutely the longest? Or relatively? E.g., if some two-inch mouse had a four-inch penis, would that count as only four inches, or count as twice-the-body length (!) ? If the former, then one ends up pretty much just picking the largest animals, because penis size scales up with body size.

The obvious answer would be the blue whale because of its immense size . . . I don't know about relatively however.
