My discharge has changed to a runny, watery white discharge. At times i feel like im peeing on myself cause it just runs out and it soaks thru my undies and pants. And now I can feel the baby head pressing on my cervix when he stretches.

Either way it sounds like you are close...discharge can change in appearance, generally it gets whiter, sometimes mucousy and blood tinged which is due to cervical changes. On saying this though if it's just discharge it shouldn't be soaking through your clothes. You may be leaking amniotic fluid and will need it checked. I'm 40 weeks pregnant and due yesterday, I thought my water had broken with similar symptoms to what you are experiencing and they basically told me that there could be alot of discharge that would fool you into thinking that you were in labor...what a dissapointment!! There is no doubt though that if you aren't sure you need to check it out...baby may well be on his/her way! As for the pressure on your cervix, it sounds like baby has dropped...that feeling can be pretty painful, almost as if you feel they're going to drop out.... Good luck!

The discharge isn't necessarily amniotic fluid, but if it is coming out in intermittent gushes when you feel your stomach harden it probably is. Either way this is a sign of impending labor, and since you aren't far enough along to be sure your baby's lungs are developed. I would definitely get to your doctor or hospital now so they can try and stop labor for three more weeks. But it may be too late, just go now!

Well, depending on how far along you are, it would be the beginning of labor, or the baby could be pressing on your bladder and you may just be leaking urine. Usually you can tell when it is almost time when your mucus plug starts to go. When that happens, you will have a thick, mucousy discharge. When your mucous plug goes, that is when your water will break.

YES. Your water either broke or you are leaking. Notify the doctor right away. That just happened to someone I know and her and the baby got really bad infections because the nurses didn't catch it. Once the water breaks/leaks the chances of infection go up every minute. And those are the signs, even if you aren't having contractions. Good luck though!

Okay, call to mom again. At 34 weeks you need to go to the hospital. If your water isn't broken and you're not contracting then you might get to go home. But your water might be leaking and at 34 weeks you need to be checked out asap. I hope it's a false alarm, but better safe than sorry. Good luck.

Don't forget the 5-1-1 rule. Contractions are 5 minutes apart, 1 minute long, and are consistant for atleast 1 hour. Also try to take a walk, if they don't dubside or even get worse then it might be time.

I don't think that change indicates anything. If you have a bloody discharge, that is more of a sign that things are progressing.

How far along are you? 9 months? It sounds like your water is breaking. I would call your ob/gyn immediately and tell them your symptoms. If it is your water breaking you need to go to the hospital straight away..
