No no...Michael shot himself so it would look like He Who Shall Be Called Henry Gale shot him and escaped. He shot Anna Lucia and *accidently, I think because I still think she was an Other* Libby. Michael only shot himself in the arm. The ($@$*@$)@ is still alive

I love Lost but Michael turned into a douche! Come on he killed pretty much anyone he could possible trust on that island...he might as well shoot himself because he doesn't have any balls anyway! He likely did kill himself because they've got Eko to replace him as the token black guy. I really hope that if he did shoot himself that Sawyer and Hurley take his body and hang it in between palm trees and use it for target practice. When the show first started I actually felt sorry for the guy (with his custody battles and everything) but now I hope they kill his character off and he can go on to bigger and better things, maybe being the token black guy in Baz Luhrmann's MacBeth!

I’m assuming that you’re watching reruns or with our friends across the pond seeing as the American airing of the show is still on break. But don’t worry Michael just had to have a believable story. It will all work out and the season final is mind blowing!

I think you just saw an older episode. Michael shot himself in season two, to have an alibi for killing the two other castaways he shot, as well as for releasing the "other". At the end of the last episode, I saw Michael leaving the group alive and well. I will say no more in case you are still getting up to speed on missed episodes.

Where the heck are you that you just saw that? It is old news! BTW, just because Michael and Walt "left the island" does not mean their story is over. According to www.lost.com they will be back on in flash-backs and probably towards the end of season 3.
