I'm assuming you can since most people dont seem to have Macs and everyone has the Apple I-Pod.

yes, you just download the PC version of iTunes on your PC. iTunes is used to sync the music files between your iTunes software and your iPod.

when you get your apple ipod, it is already made for a Mac computer, so you need to read the instructions and reset it so that its compatible with a PC.

yepyep, the ipod, all types, comes with a cd rom where you can install itunes and other software you might need for ur ipod, where you can select the operating system you have.
