Most likely one of 3 things 1) thermostat contacts faulty 2)capillary tube(the thin tube connected to the thermostat) broken somewhere 3) capillary tube not making good surface contact with the evaporator/cold plate.A Leakey door seal is normally indicated by excessive frost buildup on the evaporator/cold plate over a short period.maybe the thermostat knob is slipping and not adjusting the temperature level of the thermostat

Yes if the door does not seal the fridge will keep trying to cool the room ! If the door is o.k, then the thermostat is faulty

First off, I would remove the cover at the bottom check to see if the air vent is clear and get a brush and vacuum - with the corner attachment- it out if it it's covered in dust. You may have to get a long narrow brush to loosen all the muck on the grid in there- keep the vacuum pointed at it while you're brushing to suck up the dust. I clean mine out like this about every six months. Hopefully, you won't have to buy a new one. Good Luck!

A faulty door seal would make your refrig run all the time, sounds like you may need a thermostat.

Unlikely to be a door seal, most likely a stuck thermostat if adjusting it makes no difference to temp.
PS... FRIDGE / REFRIGERATOR note spelling! :-)

this may sound silly but ? --- is your temp setting on max ?
many people set on max thinking this is best result--- no!
fridge --- is for chill not freeze
i know nothing of which country you live --- or outside temperatures involved but just ensure you set thermo temp to medium number --- and see what happens
best wishes
