There are only two ways to stop it.
The first is that European countries can change their immigration laws to where they bring in labor from non-muslim countries instead of North Africa, Turkey, and Pakistan.
The second (and only long-term solution) is for Europeans to start having more children. As long as most women are having only one baby, two at the most, and sometimes none, Europe will be in the hopeless position of facing a geriatric future where there aren't enough young people to support the medical and pension needs of the larger elderly population.

No, unless we have another Crusades/Jihad type war which is looking increasingly likely. The problem is the Christian majority west have failed to understand the principles of Islam and Islamic law. We should be negotiating with extremists (oh the horror some say) to at least understand why they believe in their morals like they do. Surely then an international consensus can come together on International Moral law that will help stop countries and religions fighting over borders and power in such violent ways.
Europe doesn't belong to an empire and never will as long as we make it clear that land doesn't belong to religion, it belongs to the people that live their. There is no invasion, its media propaganda. Lets be pluralistic and accept that people will have extreme views on things, but there is always some common ground - we are all human beings after all!

YES, = human rights movements gone mad. If Europe closes its borders, it will be accused from the west, including the Jewish watch org. and the ACLU, of RACISM, NAZISM, PREJUDICE ETC. ETC.
(Europe has small countries with no expansion possibilities in contrast to the US)
Since WWII that is how Europe got where it is today. Western influence of the US, coupled with white guilt and winner - looser mindset inducing low self esteem, (like here in the US the Vietnam war) loosing its Culture, causing frictions, loosing coherency, unemployment of most foreign immigrants and its own etc, etc.
The door is wide open for disaster, as it was here in the US before 9/11.

The simple answer is no, not in a few decades anyway. Since the bonds of Christianity are loosening and the west moves over to satanism, as we are, I won't be surprised if we get what the Chinese call a "new broom". Get me?

It wouldn't be the first time they have attempted to invade Europe. That is the reason for troubles in the Balkans. They also drove the Hindus from northern India and what is now Indonesia.

I shouldn't laugh but I was thinking about your question and imagined for a second about the whole of Europe being muslim. All I could think of was the Northern Irish shouting at one another, "are you a Protestant or a Catholic Muslim?"

No. There's not a strong enough Muslim presence in Europe, and the majority of Muslims don't believe in colonialism.
