if no spark to just one cylinder then the problem is most likely a bad coil. if two cylinders on the same coil are not getting spark then you could have a bad coil or a bad ignition module. disconnect the spark plug wire from the coil that is not firing. start the engine and see if you are getting spark at the coil. could also be a bad spark plug wire.

It could be a number of things. I would start with the cheapest first; spark plugs, then plug wires, then have the electronic ignition checked. It could also just be oil in that cylinder preventing the spark.
