No, of course not! They would return it to whoever created it, or hand it over for international inspection, like the good little boys and girls they are!
Um, that was sarcasm, in case you missed it. Most terror groups would plan on using it, but the implementation of that plan may take months or even years, depending upon the group in question. Some would likely ship it to Israel post haste and trigger it much like people who can not save money they have (burning a hole in one's pocket has never been more literal). Other groups may sit on it for a longer time, waiting to strike at an appropriate target, such as an Olympics, UN meeting, or other high profile event.

It depends on the group, but the answer would probably be yes. A smart group might understand the wisdom of the chess saying that "a threat is more powerful than its execution".
Luckily, it's much harder to obtain nukes than most people think - and even if you obtain one, it's much harder to use than most people think. Even governments that support terrorist groups would be very reluctant to hand over a nuke, since they know full well what the consequences would be.

I really hope not! - but in these troubled times it more likely that a terrorist group will obtain a nuclear weapon or a some sort of bio bomb which will cause great loss of life and social dislocation!.
All governments are worried about terrorist and the destabilizing effects they have on our society!. All we can do is be ever more vigilant, and accept that some of our freedoms will have to go for the greater good..
The present war on terrorism is not really working because its adding members to terror organizations!. Making the fight even harder.. If a terror group did use a weapon of mass destruction its most likely would lead to a third world war in which no one would win..

Yes if they plan a huge attack that can destroy a nation but that is the worse case ever and no one would hope for it. The world would altogether find and destroy that terrorist group, especially the US. because of what happened five years ago.

Sad to say, I truly believe that fanatics--of any type, description or stripe--don't think too clearly about anything but their own agenda. So I see no reason to think that they'd hesitate to use a nuke to further their aims.

Of course they will. I am so afraid that this is not an if, but a when. And it will not be 80 year old Irish Grandmothers that set it off.

Of course. If they were willing to do 9/11, there's no limit to their viciousness.

More a question of when and where and will it be government sponsored. My money would be on Jerusalem, London or NY.
