We have let the goverment take away other privledges whats to stop them from taking our religious priviedges. It starts very simple then they take more and more.

I consider religion as a right given us from the bible as "free will". We should be able to choose how or whether we worship. No human entity or group should be able to interfere in this.

Some governments do! Fortunately in the USA we have a clear separation of church and state. Government doesn't get involved in religion, and religion stays out of government. It's a major reason so many people from all over the world want to come live here.

This is the exact reason that people are concerned about the rise to power of the Religious Right and the Christian Reconstructionist. The latter would abolish the current constitution in favor of something resembling Calvin's Geneva. That in my opinion is treason.
