For those working 5 days, then your holiday should be from 17th till 20th (4days, 18th & 19th PH, so 18th PH pushed to 20th as 18th is Sunday).
As for those working 5-1/2 days, then it should be 18th till 20th. Reason likewise.

This is a bad time to travel to Asia! Book well ahead, but don't expect too much when you get here. China has loads of stuff going on, but Korea and Japan are pretty quiet as its a time to visit family. It's usaul to get 2 or 3 days off.
