I would pick up McNair. You will need a good backup if/when Warner gets hurt. McNair should continue to play well this year.

Pennington is a huge injury risk. He could have a modest day against the Pats, but nothing extraordinary.

If you are looking for a one week play, McNair against the pathetic Raiders is a good one. Your call if you want to drop Green for him...

Dropping Green is a tough call. I would preach patience. He has a bye week on Week 3, and certainly won't play in Denver in Week 2. If you have room, stash him away and see what happens for Week 4.

Though Warner is a risk on paper against Seattle, Arizona is not going to be able to run the ball. Edge averaged 2.8 yards per carry agains the Niners. My guess is that anything they do will be through Boldin and Fitzgerald. Yards for Mr. Warner.

Consider holding Green, and rolling with Warner for a while. If you have a chump to drop, grab McNair for this week. Don't drop anything valuable...

You should go with Warner and wait to see how long Green is going to be out. Warner was fantastic yesterday, and I think he'll be as good next week. Green is a much better QB long term than either Pennington or McNair, and I don't think your team will suffer next week if you go with Warner. I wish I'd drafted him--Carson Palmer made me cry yesterday after he got a whopping 0 points.

Start Warner. He's got two fantastic receivers, a good running back, and a better offensive line than Arizona has had in a few years so he should put up good numbers while Trent Green recovers. Plus, Seattle's defense is not as good as it was on Sunday. They'll give up some points to Arizona.

Hang onto Green, he should be back in a few weeks, but Warner is probably going to be a great play most weeks anyway.

Grab McNair - I am surprised he's available. OAK is a joke, so he'd actually be a good start next week.

If you must drop one of those guys, then your league has too many good players in the FA and you should drop the league. It should be set up a lot better than that.
