Dont take dopamine drugs as it is an unnatural process. It could have side effects. You could increase the dopamie in your brai through positive, happy thoughts. Dont let problems worry you - they lower dopamine in the brain. On the contrary, when you are happily excited about something dopamine increases. So the best thing is to generate happy thoughts so that you are always high on dopamine naturally.

How do you know you don't already have normal levels of dopamine in your brain?

Quite often the effect of taking additional compounds is to suppress the body's natural rate of production of that compound or increase the levels of the enzymes used to break it down. This would have completely the opposite effect to the one you want should you ever stop taking the drug - your levels of dopamine may drop dangerously low and the natural process for producing dopamine may even be permanently damaged.

Providing you are perfectly healthy and eat a balanced diet then your body should be able to produce all the dopamine it requires without the risks of you trying to artificially boost the amounts.
