I use them inside my riding boots as they have no padding and little support. They are great for your heels as it cushinons them nicely.
They do however take up some space and if the shoes are tight they are not going to work well.

overpriced nonsense. Squish, squish. The foot was not made to walk on jel, jelly, or hard lumped orthotics, for the most part. All just a licence to print mullah.

They are ok if your shoe is loose. If the shoe is not about a half size too big there is not enough room in there for your food and the pad.
