I was out on a date with this lame dude who was like 15 years older than me and living at home with his mother who was psychotic. We went out to eat and he tipped the waitress crap so I had to sneak behind him and tip her.

I was working in Downtown DC at Health and Human Services at the time. But that day I just could not get it together so decided to stay home after I got to the sitter house...I was in Souther, Maryland the day the Towers came down....

It was nerve racking because we were attacked here in the Capitol and I am from NYC so I worried about my family and friends still living in the NYC.

I was in my office and everyone started crowding around the TV. We all watched the second plane hit the tower and kept watching until after the towers fell.

i was just hopping out of the shower getting ready to go to school & i heard my mom scream... (she just turned on the news and the second plane just hit right in front of her on live tv) & i ran to see what had happened... it was surreal... i live on the west coast...in san francisco, and i was shaking with fear that we were going to be a target too. needless to say i did not finish getting ready for school both my mother & i stayed glued to the tv all day long. those poor families...may all of the victims rest in peace, (those that died on 9/11, and those that have had any other 9/11 related deaths) and for the families, please know that your loved ones will never be forgotten...

Ga station heading to work I was told a plane "small" hit the WTC and I told the guy we were at war because it wasn't an accident. He shrugged it of like I was stupid I guess later he realized I was right.

I was sitting in an empty classroom on campus doing calculus homework with a bunch of other people from my class. When our instuctor came in, he told us that a plane crashed and the pentagon was on fire, we were like "so,,, and?" We had no idea the extent of what had really happened.

I had stayed home from school and by boyfriend called my house and woke me up and told me what had happened. I couldn't believe it. I just kept telling him to shut up or that he was full of it... then I turned on the TV and it was horrifying.
