Simple, be prepared to answer the strengths that relate to the job, you should always do your research before the interview so that you're aware of what the job entails and what the successful candidate will need to get the job.
As for the weaknesses you should mention one or two that have nothing to do with the job but quickly follow up by saying that you are working on improving those weaknesses. An example is saying that you don't speak French but you are in the process of signing up for classes to learn.

First, you may gain more information by asking this question under Business & Finance - Careers & Employment.
Secondly, you don't want to sound too full of yourself, or too modest. So when say what your strengths are - use examples that are going to help you in your job and explain why they would help you.
Also, if you feel that you have no weaknesses, don't say "I have no weaknesses". There's something you're not 100% good at. However, you don't want to say you're absolutely crap at it either, so you want to be able to turn it into a positive. Example - "I am practicing to improve my typing speed".

my weakness is i learn things gradually and not at once but my strength is my experience in my life which i can use it to help others.
