well im 13 almost 14 and i have small breasts.i dont know what size to wear and buy?and another question are my breasts still growing?my mother has small ones in her age and my granny either.do u know any sites which i can buy small bras?

You are probably still growing. Go to any department store or lingerie store and they will measure you, over your shirt.

First before you go to a site and order bras you need to go the store and try some on more and likely your a A cup or B cup. And you being only 13 going on 14 your breasts are still growing

Your are still growing, you completely stop pubersty by the age of about 18. You can go to a shop like new look, or something where they have bra's you can try them on, with your shirt on or not, they have small ones too. and you can find out what size you are there. :)

Your still growing. I didnt actually get mine all the way until between my freshman and sophomore year of high school. To know what size you are take a soft measuring tape-what you would use for sewing-and measure around under your chest this will give you what size you need around then measure around your chest in the middle (where your nipples are) every extra inch is a letter size. If your first measurement is 32 and your second is 34 then you would need a 32 B.

You can buy smaller size bras from anyplace you buy big braas.,.. that sounds funny . You are better going in someplace so that you can get sized properly. it is better to get into the habbit no
yes you are likely still gorwing... only time can tell... I was an A cup for from 13 -16 then two months before i graduated from high School i was a 36 C..... lol people kept asking me i got breast implants it was awful...
So it depends on what rate you are developing at...

You should be able to find small bras in the store, like size A or even AA if you need....and yes, they should stil grow a little. Also throughout your life if you gain weight, your breasts will get bigger. I increased a whole cup size during college because I gained weight.

Well you can go to any department store and they can give you a size if you dont want todo that go to the little girls department they have some regular bras in there. One more thing try a sports bra.

I went throught the same thing. I didn't buy bras until I was16 then I was wearing trainning bras. I don't know of any sites, but I normally wear a sports bra

Don't try to buy a bra from any on-line site.
Go with your Mom to a lingerie department in a big store and have them properly fit you for a bra. And odds are you are still growing. But if your breasts don't grow any more, be happy with what you have!

Some of the larger dept stores have clerks who actually go to a class to learn how to properly fit bra's. I know Mervyns and JCPenny's have them, sometimes you can walk in but most of the time if you call they will tell you what date and time to come in for a proper fitting. Its kind of cool, after they measure you they bring you all sorts of styles so you can try different ones, they also take into account the shape of the breast as that has a lot to do with a proper fit and different manufacturers specialize in different types of fits.

Best to wear a trainig bra, a big department store will either measure you up or tell you how to do it. Good luck
