The new trend in "expecting" is to go on a "babymoon." Take your wife to a wonderful spa or retreat, just for adults. Enjoy this time to just be a couple. Celebrate the end of just the two of you and the beginning of the new family this way. If possible, buy a gift for the baby from this trip that will be the baby's first gift.

There are several things that you could do. Write her a poem. Take her out for a romantic dinner:or, if you cook, make her a dinner and serve it by candlelight. Take her to a nice bed & breakfast for a weekend. Give her a massage. Give her flowers. Get her a book of baby names. The list is endless. Just choose something from anybody, or go for your own idea. You are a special person to want to do something so sweet for your wife. I want to say congratulations and I hope everything goes well. I hope this helps.
