you only have to look at Pete, the winner of Big Brother. Do you think he looks like a cissy?
What about Marilyn Manson. I know he is an artist and uses extreme make up, but so did I in the 80's as a new romantic ( the less said about that though the better)

Hi but just on the eyes i like the eyeliner look. But dont use foundation, or lip stick, thats going a bit too far.If you dont want to look a cissy. Just check out some goth guys they dont look too bad.

I'll say! A bit of eyeliner is so sexy - check out Robert Smith from The Cure, Damon Albarn in Blur's The Universal video, Billy Joe Armstrong from Green Day and Brandon Flowers from The Killers.

It depends on where the man is when he wears the makeup. If the man has on a full face of makeup and goes to the local post office in po-dunk town, USA, he's going to get some stares. If he's clubbing in New York, then he'll fit right in.
In general though, if the makeup is done with a very light hand, and done in such a way that the makeup is not apparent, he'll look just fine.

Men appearing on tv do have powder applied to their foreheads to remove shine and add a bit of colour if they are looking pale, but it's not suitable for going out in public as it's rather obvious when seen with the naked eye and they always wipe it off afterwards. I don't know of any men who wear makeup otherwise, but moisturisers help keep your skin in good condition and make the most of what you have naturally.
