Is he really this arrogant, is he just plain stupid, or did someone misquote him? Is he as relevant as he thinks he is?

From MSNBC.com:

P. Diddy is still the man. At least, he says he is. “I’m still the flyest mother[bleeper] out there,” the rap impresario tells the forthcoming issue of Elle. “I’m still dictating what’s hot, what the flavor is, what dance should be done. I’m not trying to hold on to my youth — I’m just timeless, I guess.”

he is VERY arrogant, even without that quote

i think he would like to do all the things he claims and the sad part is he might just achieve it because the mindless sheep that we are WILL allow him to "dictate" to us "whats hot"

maybe it was a misquote, but the general gist is probably accurate

Diddy is an iDiddyot

I really don't know where Diddy is coming from. His clothing line, his cologne, and his endorsements are all great but his record label sucks. Thank goodness that Danity Kane saved Bad Boy from going over.

Diddy is just a fad producer and follows, not dictates, whatever is currently in style for the moment. How many artists from Bad Boy have released a sophomore album in the past 5 years? I can only name about 2. He gets artists and locks them in 10 year contracts then when their debut album doesn't sell 1M albums he puts them on the backburner and starts grooming some other talentless person (Cassie).

I'm glad Danity Kane did sell some albums for their sake, maybe they'll actually get a shot at a second album.

He can change his name as many times as he wants as long as he doesn't pull a Michael Jackson and have people asking: "WTF?! First his name now his own person???"
