well let me just tell you:
If you said "terriosts" for muslims, your wrong! Now all muslims are terrorists. If you said "blacks" were lazy or dumb, that's wrong too. There are, like, 5,000 black people in this country that have a desent job: as doctors, lawyers, etc.
But then agian, I guess I get racial sterotypes, too. What other sterotypes do you get sometimes

Your question is good; have you read the book Blink. People that answered you are full of crap, everybody stereotypes including them. When we see certain words we think of certain types of people.

Um, first off, proof reading goes a looooooong ways here. And Muslims should be capitalized, proper nouns and all that grammar junk.
Second, I like what you're trying to do. You're completely right; when you say "Muslims" most Americans are going to think of terrorists or opressed women in burkas, both of which are just small (in the case of terrorists very small) portions of a large community. However, I think you could word this a little better because you come off as... I dunno, it just comes off wrong the way you word it here.

By the way, proofread. Your post says "NOW all Muslims are terrorists." Are they? (or are they "terriosts?")
And I'm pretty sure that the number of educated, affluent black professionals in the country is much higher than 5,000.

There are thousands!! When someone says "French people" most people (who don't live in Europe) think greasy mustaches and Baguettes. When someone says "Russian people" most people think furry guys with bear hats and vodka. It just goes to show how uneducated some people are about the rest of the world.

there are way more than 5000 black doctors/lawyers in Kansas alone. but I am glad to see someone trying to get us all out of the habit of generalizing/stereotyping our fellow man. good for you,keep trying to open minds.
