1. NEVER put hydrocortisone cream on a baby. It is a steroid and absorbed through the skin. Can be quite dangerous. 2. Milia is normal. It is clogged sweat glands, as babies skin is tender and not stable yet. 3. Goes away by itself. Do not "clean" it. Just treat her as if she had clear skin and she will be fine. Enjoy her, and take her picture so you can remember when she was so small that she had milia.

The acne will come and go. It will clear up on it's own in about 10-14 days. Then it will come back again at about 8 weeks and that will be the last time you see it. There's not much you can do about it to make the appearance better, but you can put some petroleum jelly on it to keep the skin from getting hard.

New baby pimples are very normal! They are called "milia" (see link below).
We had to go into the ER (for my husband) when our daughter was less than a month old. One of the nurses looked at the baby and said that she must be brand new she still had new baby pimples! Hers were gone in no time!
They will clear up on their own soon enough. Don't fiddle with them and don't put anything on them. I wouldn't (and didn't) use any sort of babywash on them, just wipe them with a wet cloth when you bath the baby.
Just let them be and they will go away.

you need to confirm it with your doctor to make sure it is acne, not eczema.
If it is acne, it will go away sometime next couple weeks, but if it os eczema, better find out why
