Best option = don't worry about it. I have never let a little thing like that effect my opinion of a man. Just accept it and be confident in yourself. A man who worries about excessively about hair loss just looks vain, and that is not attractive.
Also, never be tempted to get a comb over.

Try to accept it. Really. I mean people don't think anything of a guy going bald. That's usually what happens to them. But for a woman, it's much harder. We're judged on our looks. Look around and see how many women are losing their hair. It's not just for guys anymore. And FYI, I don't look any differently at bald men than I do men with hair. I just don't think about it for men. Most women feel this way. We accept it in a man.

The best option for you my friend is to let it be!! Many women love bald guys and they find it a real turn on and sexy. Don't feel bad that you are loosing your hair. Shave it off and go get the girls!!

Rogaine...but every guy I've known that used that said it didn't work well enough and just shaved it off in the end.

shave it all off, and embrace it. Sure, you could use rogaine, or have surgeries. But if you cany afford it, just shave your head and embrace the fact that you will be bald.
