I had 4 PDAs so far. Ipaq, HP, and now Dell.

Dell Axim is a good PDA. I got 2 of them X50v and X51v. The only drawback is the lack of a 'master' USB port.

I would highly recommend the Palm Tungsten T/X (MSRP $299) or the Palm LifeDrive (MSRP $399) for the health professional:

LifeDrive

The Palm handheld are powerful, yet easy-to-use devices.
