There are vitamins in liquid form, geritol comes to mind but I am sure there are others. There are also those nutrition supplements like ensure that have a lot of vitamins, but they also have a lot of calories too. Or carnation instant breakfast has some vitamins in it.

The advice above is good. Chewables have the added benefit of good taste. Sometimes when I'm not motivated to take adult vitamins, a tasty children's vitamin will motivate me to do what is good for me.
If she isn't big enough for two vitamins, liquid will allow you to give the correct dose.

Get a bottle of adult vitamins and a bottle of childrens chewable vitamins and compare the labels. See if doubling up on the childrens vitamins would be about the same as taking one of the adult vitamins.

you at the instant are not that undesirable off. My 26 twelve months previous bf nevertheless won't have the ability to. Neither can my 31 twelve months previous cousin. some human beings merely have a stressful time with it. i think of its least puzzling whilst ingesting something extremely fizzy, like ginger ale or cream soda. With each and all of the carbonation, I not often even sense/notice the pill happening. merely positioned it on your tongue and have a look into to miss its there in any respect and take a swig of soda as you always would.

There are liquid vitamins out there as well as vitamins that you mix with water. I like one called E-mer-gen-C, but as far as nutrition that should come mainly from food and unless a doctor has told you that she needs more most any multi will do.

There are liquid multi-vitamins I get from the health food store (Nature's Plus Source of Life) - mix with a little juice and presto. It doesn't taste bad, but it is green :)

Give her 2 chewables. It says right on the directions what the adult dosage is. I couldn't swallow who pills until I was 20, and I still hate it!
Or give her "Vitaball" the directions say, (and I have the box in front of me) "For adults and children over 5... chew one daily

I know they are a little expensive, but have you considered nutrition drinks such as "Boost" ? They have vitamins & minerals and come in three or four different flavors, I always get strawberry. Look in drug stores such as CVS or Wal-Mart. There are other products as well. Good luck.
I know this may sound sneaky to do to a kid, but have you tried hiding them in her food? Dad used to hide mashed potatoes, carrots, whatever in youngest brother's hamburger, untill he found out, then my brother cut his hamburger to check for "hidden" food. It wasn't done to be mean, my brother didn't eat vegetables and mom & dad tried to give them to him somehow.
