see i have a computer that i use in a public place and i need to make it stop logging me in automatically so i won't have all my personal information stole.

Log out of your messenger. Then you should 'exit' messenger. This will protect you account from being auto logged in by mistake.

Also, uncheck the "always remember my password and id" and auto log-in.

When signed into messenger: Select the messenger command box in the in the upper left corner; click on preferences; select General to your left; and then under "when I start my computer" uncheck automatically start messenger. Click apply and then OK.

open the messenger with conection off, and you cancel when it try to log in, after that you can click the option to invisible, auto log in and remember id or something like that

then try logging in again but deselect any boxes saying remember me / remember my password/ sign me in automatically etc..
