Whenever I get a sinus infection, I get dizzy, what helps to get rid of this feeling.

your ears, nose and throat are all connected, so any time you get an infection it can mess with your inner ear and that affects your sense of balance. It can also be that your blood pressure is lower when you're sick, that happens to me and if I stand up too quickly I black out. If you do have an infection, you may need to be on antibiotics - see your doctor! Sinus infections are miserable, and if left untreated can make you really sick for a long time. No fun!

u are feeling dizzy coz of med u might be taking in sinus ....these ones have mental suppressants...try changing speaking to ur doc

Try Benadryl or Dramamine.
