What's a good/inexpensive tool to use to install finishing nails for baseboard moulding, window/door moulding, and crown moulding?

I could rent a $600 electric cordless finishing nail tool for $36/day at Home Depot, but would prefer to purchase my own $70 gun so I can do my whole house. Would this one work alright?

This one is much better, and it you need to you will be able to sell it to recoup some of the cost. the one you have highlighted will not finish (Har!) the job.
