One of my favorite websites is blocked in certain countries in Europe. When I'm in the blocked country, is it possible to make it appear that the request for website access is still originating from the U.S. or from another non-blocked country?

well yes it is possible to access a website though if it is blocked from your country .. but you have to go through a proxy here is a good proxy link

If you can find or create a site that browses the net through raw proxy then you should be able to access any site no-matter whether it's blocked or not!
