The WWE has been around for decades and Booker T was the first black world champ. And thats only because the roster had dwindled down to just him, rey, and lashley. Eddie was only the 2nd hispanic world champ, and that was merely because he had too much talent to be held down. Shelton Benjamin couldnt get a break. Neither could Rodney Mack, Farooq, K-Kwik, D-lo, etc.
and the gimmicks. their Mexican wrestlers (mexicools) were immigrant day laborers on lawn mowers, and Cryme tyme? the gimmick is theyre black criminals. Its bullcrap. Vince is a bigot toward gay and ethnic wrestlers

By the way. The Rock is samoan. interesting, but not helping my arguement for a bias against blacks and latinos.

And the HHH- Booker T storyline a couple years back which revolved around HHH being a racist that claimed black wrestlers didnt deserve to be world title contenders and made fun of Harlem and Booker T for growing up poor and being black.
The fued culminated at wrestlemania and Booker T's chance for redemption and the feel good moment.
But HHH won, telling people that their is no consequence for mistreating someone that is another race

Okay. Vince needs help with the storylines. WWE has failed to entertain me and thanks for reminding me this because, yeah all the champions are white, most of the time. And i just wonder, why does Vince have to do this? Or the writers? They should give mixed or people with other ethnicities or from different races some respect and the chance to do something in the WWE because Vince gets his money from there and he ends up being one of the richest men on earth.

There are several factors that have to take place in your mind. Vince may not be but the thousands of people that watch his shows are racists. And money is the name of the game not racism. And if millions of his fans want to see a white man on top Vince has every right to give it to them..... Look at it from this point of view you own another version of a wwe and ten million paying big money fans want to see a white man as a champion. Ask yourself what you do go broke or give the fans what they want and make hindered of millions of dollars. You decide and the only color that should exist in your mind is GREEN.......... Another thing The Rock is totally Hispanic and if being half black can get him paid major dollars, then that is the color of his story.

Rock is 1/2 black, and I think it depends on the charisma. I agree Shelton Benjamin should have gotten a break much sooner. I can't wait until Lashley is World Champ.

Excellent response to this question. Vince, I do not believe is racist. He is in it for the money. You also have to look at the fan base. Like it or not, it is primarily white, middle class america as the primary fan base. That creates a talent pool that is primarily white guys. I think that the Hassan character was an excellent example of Vince's lampooning of our tendencies to sterotype and his way of combating racism and prejudice.... even though it ended badly, it had a great start.

Not to mention there has only been 2 black women's champs(Jazz and Jacqueline)and one asian(Gail Kim) and both of them weren't even champs that long. And we havent had MANY Champions of color either. Is Vince McMahon a racist?...I dunno, but the possibility of it ever since they're starting to promote Cryme Tyme is starting to look true!

sure, extremely. i does no longer call him a an outright white supremacist, yet Vince is unquestionably somewhat racist. The Divas branch isn't booked based on expertise, it relatively is booked on who Vince is attracted to and who he deems is worth. between the justifications wrestling has a stigma of being redneck entertainment is on account it extremely is the values that Vince has and so because it extremely is the objective audience that he caters to.
