I'm not allowed to get anything out of the house untill we settle on all the property. I have no clothes or any possesions. The judge seems to be giving Husband everything he ask for. My lawyer seems he"s not doing anything for me.

Try to find any women advocates or group in your city that can help you with your situation. As this advocates know better and they have the compassion.

Call the BAR Association in your area. Attorneys usually take a certain number of "pro bono" cases each year, and they do it for free, or make the other party pay. Make sure to appeal the judges decisions when it comes to being fair. You do not say which state you live in, so make sure to check the law in your state and see if it is a "no fault" state.

you are allowed to remove your personal clothing and possesions like jewelry, handbags ....the rest of your assets will have to remain pending the divorce ... get a female lawyer.
