It is common to see bubbles when urine hits the toilet bowl during micturition. However it become abnormal if bubbling of urine happens around the penile meatus (tip of the penis) at initiation of micturition. These may indicate presence of a 'fistula' (i.e. connection) between the bladder and the gastrointestinal tract. As further investigations may be required to confirm the diagnosis, an opinion from the urologist will be essential.
Normally, there is a small amount of protein present in the urine. When the amount of protein present in the urine rises to higher than normal amounts, it is called proteinuria. The large amounts of protein in their urine may cause abnormal amounts of bubbles to be present in the toilet after they urinate.

The bubbles does not come from the pee in your body. After falling from a height, it hit the water in your toilet bowl - it is this impact that forms the bubbles.
Even normal tap water forms bubbles, but it dissipates fast than you pee

Whenever you see bubbles, that means that there are surfactants in the solution. Surfactants are highly polar compounds, with long hydrocarbon chains on one end and an ion on the other.
You get them in your body through several sources. Soaps have them in high concentrations, but hopefully you don't eat too much of that. They are found naturally in egg yolks, and from that in mayonaise, salad dressings, etc. In manufactured foods, you'll find them in margarine and other vegetable oil-based spreads.

I don't know, it's a guy thing. Maybe something about the urine catching air on the way down into the commode/urinal.
