if you are a member of babycenter.com they send a really great magazine for FREE every few months, they send it thru your pregnancy also. it's a good one!
otherwise, many of them are all mostly the same, i would suggest buying one of each and figuring out which one you like best before you subscribe! :-)

Well i did the online magazine pregnancy weekly i love it because they update you every week how far along are you and what your baby weighs it's height. And the also have a baby journal (Which is my fav) because they have little quotes in there like "I felt the baby" or "heard the heart beat" it's so cute and they also count down the weeks and days for you.

You can get Baby talk and another magazine for free i think its American baby. They are both good and you don't spend any money on a subscription. Parenting magazine is really no different than those other two. It just offers more info on older kids rather than just infants and toddlers.

Why waste the money? There is alot of good info on the web. Most magazines are just about advertising.

MOTHERING magazine is great and it's not "all about the advertising" like so many other parenting magazines.

I think it is called "mothering" it is a very open minded magazine, it is for those who don't follow trends and who have a ' back to the land' attitude. very homebirth, natural birth, midwife, breast feed, co- sleep magazine. -NOTE: this magazine is not for everyone, but for those alternative types it is excellent

American Baby and Parents are the best they are the most informative to me. I have read others but never found this kind of information. If you go to their web sight americanbaby.com and parentsmagazine.com they are offering FREE issues at this time.
