Not very good in design, as a PDA that I would go Palm; Pockets still has that layer of desktop Windows anti-force at work that's behind trying to operate one of them. In comparison to today's Palm OS 5 (ARM/most of them runs Intel XScale) an iPaq looses almost every ground imaginable, though table turns if you go back to Palm OS 4.

But as specialized device (WiFi here) they are OK; 2215 is a low-cost exception to the idea that Pocket PCs are bad in my view.

PocketPC aka Windows Mobile is a Windows-based operating system used on many devices. The quality of the devices depends from one manufacturer to the other. HP has the iPaq, even Palm uses it on a Treo.

Personally, I prefer Palm-based Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or smartphones. Palm are notorious for making quality handheld that are powerful, yet easy-to-use:

You can't go wrong with either Palm or PocketPC.

I love mine. It fits in my pocket, and keeps all my contacts, notes, etc. I use the calendar feature all the time.

they are great if you just want to store some information and use a phone, i would recommend geting one with a phone. i know financial officers use them to store account numbers and contacts. they are really useful if you just want a phone or device that does everything.
