i wanna put on some weight...i know it may sound weird but i do...ppl say i look fine but i jus wanna put on little weight... i am 52 kgs , 18 yrs, plz tell me wat to eat...nothin helps iam always 52 kgs!

eat pizza; carbs; bread & sugar (cakes; candy; pasteries)!

Weight training, stair-climbing. Ensure brand nutrition drinks. Pasta, bagels with creamed cheese. Watch lots of television and play video games as much as possible. Should work.

Honestly, I wouldn't try to gain weight. You are only 18- your body is still maturing. As long as you eat sensibly and when you are hungry, you will fill out perfectly. When you try to force your body into an "unnatural" state, you can negatively affect your metabolism and regret your decision years later....

Eat a pizza, hot pockets, rolls or any other carbs just make sure you aren't overweight.
