UK imports are from Japan. US imports are put together in US from parts made in Japan and Korea.

Honda only make certain models in Italy, although it's possible that bikes made in Japan are brought in through Italy and set up to European spec. Kawasaki's main factory is in Japan, as with all the big 4 manufacturers, but again there could be others for smaller ranges intended for a limited market.

The Honda Goldwing and Rune are made in Maryville, Ohio, U.S.A.
Kawasaki and Suzuki are now building bikes in partnership (the Suzuki Marauder is a re-badged Kawasaki Mean Streak, for example).
