Sex and the color of a person's skin have no place when it comes to applying for a job. qualification is the only matter that should be on the table. Back in the early '90 I had a booming business as a landscape designer. All my designs required micro irrigation and it was my people that installed all of it. I had an all female crew from day one. I never had any problems. My clients love the job they did and so did I. my girls could work circles around male crews that worked for other companies. at the time i was paying my girls $15.00 per hour, twice what the men were earning at other companies. my girls no only did a better job, they were a lot nicer to look at while they worked. women should never be excluded from any job just because the are female.
if i was in need of a gardener today, i'd hire a female even before a male.

why not.. Women can do anything that a man can and will take more pride in how it looks..
it isn't just a mans world anymore.. women do just as good a job.. and sometimes better.
check some of the jobs that she has done and if it meets with your approval hire her. you would check out a mans work..
give her the same chance..

yes, why not! They have a better sense of style, & can hire all the male helpers to do the heavy lifting if they can't or don't want to.
