I say South Park. People sleep on how clever and creatively written South Park is. Simpsons is just a bunch of interchangable jokes. Nothing special.
Though I like both.

That's like asking me which of my children I could keep if I could only keep one! Simpsons will always be my favourite just because I've never stopped watching in all these years. I stopped watching South Park for a couple years when it just didn't seem as inventive anymore. But I did love the South Park episode when they are trying to come up with an idea for a make-believe game but every idea is something the Simpsons have done.
